Native American children between the ages 5-11 are needed for a photo shoot. These images will appear in a US Health & Human Services Covid Vaccine Confidence public service announcement for the Native American community.

If you are interested in having your child considered, please submit a photo of your them with their name and age to:

Your personal photos will not be shared or posted online.

Please state your availability – dates and times. The photo shoot will take place on a day between Dec. 1-7, exact date to be decided.

You will be contacted if your child is chosen to appear in the campaign.

The actual photo shoot will take between 1-3 hours.

All participants will be compensated monetarily.
